I currently play this account, so when you buy/trade for it you will have some IP to spend. Maybe not, you know, a crap ton, but it's at 2300 IP now and I play about 3 matches a day (about 300IP/day). I think it's a great deal for someone who recently figured out that they love LOL and want to collect all the champs. I mean there is only 32 left to unlock.
