He agreed to trade but we cancelled the trade
After he changed the password of his account he is desperately trying to login to my account and I get login codes and notices every minute
I'm sure it's him because it's the same phone and also he removed me from his friends in discord plus when I wanted to add him back he used opera to not show the phone type when trying to login to my account

You've wanted to buy my account, after hesitating to go first I agreed and let you change everything on my email for at least 30 minutes with sometimes you not replying to me for 5-15 minutes making me think I've just got done in. Once you've got everything changed (2fa, recovery phone, password, recovery email) you've decided to cancel the whole transaction (?) Told ya okay, you let me change everything back to my stuff and I've moved on. Removed you from my friends list because you're not looking to buy the account at all but made me go through that annoying process. At the beginning I offered to go through a MM which you refused since you didn't want to spend more money and instead wanted me to cover the fees (I already lowered the price from the original one just for you.) Please don't come here calling me a scammer when all you've done was bad business practice.

Both of you can open a scam dispute report and show proof to mods who did what.
