Update #2: With latest update I got Killer Bee 4 Star, and Minato is 8 fragments away. The account currently has 10k coupons saved and 6k ingots.
Update: To ensure safety for the buyer, I have went ahead and become a verified member of EpicNPC and have sent them my details. I am also still constantly using the account to make sure it remains up to date. In fact I just got Tendo almost 4* from the latest update.
Account has been farmed from Day 1 of the server, has all the login rewards and all the achievements of the server. It has all of the Kages including the super rare Ay, there are nearly 100 seal scrolls saved up and in summoning scrolls as well for whoever wishes to use them.

Ninja Exam fully finished & equipment upgraded since update.
Rune Stone Levels: Fully level 7 (First Position almost fully level 8 currently)
Charm Levels: Mostly level 5 (A few lvl 4s are very close to leveling up)
Summoning Rune Levels: Majority level 7 on all three Summons.
Battle Armour: Level 6
Account is one of the strongest in the cluster, most of the time is first in cross-server Sage World Battlefield, but has also been Top 8 in both seasons of Space-Time, with one being Top 4 and an outfit, as can be proven with screenshots.
There's no significant challenger from server, feel free to reign supreme.
Eight-Inner Gates is mostly Red with a few Yellow runes. All four ninjas have a Quick Rune MAXED out.
Server is still very active and I'm in the strongest group of the server.
Update: Just got Tendo from events on 8th of June, he's almost 4* now.

There are countless who are over 45% but that's too many to count in a single thread.

The account has had over $2,500 spent on it to get where it is now, the focus has been on both damage and tanking damage, as that was the focus with the runes and ninja tools, so expect a very tanky character for its power.
