Tech & Buildings of course all maxed out.
Troops are available at approximately 3.6 mille, of which approximately 2M T5.
Focus on cav. To the commanders: Yi Song, CC, Mina, Khan, Alex, Aethel maxed. Other commanders such as Saladin (very close to max), Takeda, Charles (very close to max), El Cid,(also close to max) Mehmed etc. etc. are already well trained and can be used for combat.

He still has some speed ups +/- 200 days and enough resources. The Account is in an strong kingdom, but if you want to migrate, there are +/- 20 pass pages, you would have to buy some.
