A good account for a beginner players!
Don't you want to constantly sit and spend time searching for a heap of resources and up craft-skilllines and traits for a whole year? - Then this is the choice for you! You lazy?-hah, this acc have personal mechant and banker! Maybe...... some cosmetic items too? - Of course!
First of all, please note that quests and storylines were not completed. Yes, so that you can read them even on the main character. That being said, you will have a variety of good pvp / pve sets. Simply put, you will not need to go to PVE dungeons and trials once again. Because ..... Almost everything is already there. A lot of sets collections are filled and sets are collected both in the bank and on the characters.
Huge amounts of resources. Forget farming, your backpack has thousands of materials each and some gold rosins/alloys up if you want to upgrade your items. Aaaaand a large number of consumables for absolute laziness.
!!!Absolutelly all crafting traits researched!!!. Yes, you will be a full-fledged crafter - run to anywhere in the world and craft the most difficult sets without any problems.

3 characters (All skillbranches are up (Weapon/class/>Craft</psijiic/mages/fighter guilds on each character (Only "scrying" and "digging" to find relics on main))):
1) Kajiit Templar (Healer) 60/60/60 mount
2) Kajiit nightblade (mage) 60/0/0 mount
3) Kajiit dk (mage) 30/0/0 mount
The race was chosen for easy spec, if you want to play the stamina or healer/tank, just change sets in bank.
