I didn't flake, and I would appreciate it if you didnt make me out to be the bad guy. You said several times in our conversation that you werent sure if you were even going to sell it because you are a "pack rat" with accounts. You also took my offer and told me that you would let the other guy know his offer had been beat and I didnt hear anything back from you. I decided on another account because the seller was truly interested in selling it and accepted my offer to buy it now. Since I hadnt heard from you and with the possibility of you not even selling it, I decided on another account. I wouldnt classify me as a "flake" but whatever makes you look good I guess. Free Bump.
