He's got some really nice gear as you can see and can heal Naxx tanks with no problem.
He's got two epic enhance drops from 25 man Naxx banked (1 hander and belt) to go with that spec as well. There's banked enhance gear but his resto set is where it's at.
Epic Flying and Cold Weater Flying trained. He's got the very rare Blue Proto-Drake and the Armored Bear mounts among others.
