When I stopped playing the game, about 6 months ago, I was at the highest possible raiding content; wearing some of the best gear available in the game!
I am wearing 3/5 tier 7.5 Boomkin set, 1/5 tier 7, and almost all other items level 213 gear ( which is tier 7.5 equivalent ).
<span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="color: #ffff33">PVP Gear:</span></span> 2/5 Deadly Gladiators set + Tier 7 equivalent pvp gear (about 774 Resiliance in Boomkin PVP Gear)
I have the impressive Red Proto-Drake mount. As you can see in the picture this mount is massive and flies at 280% flight speed and which can only be acquired by completing all of the heroic 5-man instance achievements- no easy task.
<span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="color: #ffff33">Raid progression:</span></span> Normal and Heroic Naxx, Malygos, Sartharion with 2 Drakes. Tier 7.5 ( Basically all game content before the recent Ulduar patch.
I was raiding the highest level content: 5-man, 10-man, and 25-man instances/raids.
<span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="color: #ffff33">Unlocked locations:</span></span> All up to Ulduar. I stopped before the Ulduar Patch was released.
In Boomkin form, the Druid is hit capped which means it has enough hit rating for end-game raiding content.
If you do not want to be a Boomkin then you can easily specialize in Cat , Bear, Healing, and PVP , as I have full sets of gear for each!!. I have almost all Tier 7 or equivalent gear for Bear, Cat, and Healing forms. You can go any of 5 specializations.
<span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="color: #ffff33">Dual Spec: </span></span>I have paid the 1000 Gold for Dual Specialization. You can have 2 different specs and switch between them at will. You can specialize in Moonkin + Healing, or Bear + Healing, Cat + Moonkin, Raid Spec + PVP spec, and many other convenient combinations!!

20-slot bag filled with meats and fishes ingredients and regents for cooking +skill food and feasts which feed entire raids
22-slot bag filled with potions, elixirs and flasks, of every type for a spell casting raider ( + to: mana, healing, int, crit, haste, spellpower, ect. )
28-Slot Botanical Bag: filled almost halfway with WotLK (highest level) Herbs - used in Alchemy to make potions ect.You can see that I have over 30 Frost Lotus which sell for 1gold each to the vendor, and much more at the Auction House.
