What is the dispute about?
I bought a riot account for the game legends of runeterra two weeks ago, and everything was fine, the transaction went fine, I paid the money and I got the account, with the middle man helping us, and the account was as good as I expected. I changed the password and email to mine and it was great.
but two days ago, when I played the game on my phone, I noticed that the account was logged out and when I tried to log in, it didn't let me. I tried all of the passwords that I usually use for everything, but they didn't work. then when I tried to change the password, I noticed that I didn't get any emails at all, even though the account email was mine. I didn't understand what is going on, and so I tried to contact the original seller on discord, but when I tried to message him, I was blocked. I tried to talk to riot support and made a ticket with them, but unfortunaley I can't recover the account without the birthday and email of the original seller, which I didn't have since this information is not avaliable on the accounts info.
if a moderator could help me with this by either giving me a refund for the 80$ I lost and banning the original scammer, or by either trying to contact him (giving him 24 hours to respond), and if they manage to contact him, if he is not a scammer, he would have no problem giving me the information I need to recover the account.
