OG owners trying to retrieve sold accounts is insanely rare (I know people with accounts bought from 2013) because 1. they sold the account for a reason: they don't want it anymore; 2. retrieving it would pretty much lead to a ban - a hopeless effort. However it's a possibility that must be explicited. By dealing with AE stuff, one takes full responsibility for the risk related to the account they purchase/sell.

While I might be the one stating this, I am certainly not the only one operating with this rule - everyone else most likely is, they just don't state because that is such a rare thing to happen.
