For sale by account to account transfer ONLY for safety against owner account recall. (The owner can not steal the account back.)
You will receive registration information from the original owner only (not login information.) You will make your own account that is compatible to receive the character. Your password, cd key, registered email address, and telephone number are your own and remain secret so that your account remains secure.
If I have the account information, I can steal it. If you buy an account without an account to account transfer, the owner can steal it.
For this reason, I only sell by account to account transfers. (Now nobody can steal it!) The account owner will not be paid until the transfer is confirmed and the transfer will not be possible if you are not provided with the correct information. (no way to commit fraud by either party.) I middleman accounts professionally and use many websites to do so. When you contact me, it will be important for you to give me the account number shown at the top of this post.
I do not accept paypal unless it is verified paypal and I call you on a telephone which is listed in a United States phone book. If you can not meet this requirement, then you may scan or fax me a copy of a United States ID card. If you do not met these requirements, you must pay with Western Union only. No exceptions.
