Hunter -

Over 900 Agility unbuffed! (Survival)
Over 2300 Attack Power!
Roughly 35% Crit!

Hunter is gem'd with all epic gems, Paladin is gem'd mostly with epic gems (Prot set has a few blue gems). They both have the best enchants they can get for their gear.
I spent a lot of hours on both these characters.
You can make tons of gold between Jewelcrafting, Enchanting, & Alchemy.
