I have THE BEST POSSIBLE RESTO PVP GEAR.
I have 3/5 Soon to be 4/5 brutal: Shoulders Chest Helm soon Gloves, I have all the other pieces, and all the honor pieces, normal resto stats in pvp 430 Resilence 1990 Healing 350 Mana Regen. I use two pieces of tier6 in my resto pvp set because 430 resilience is enough.

I have 6/8 Tier6, all the tier6 from sunwell
stats in resto pve gear as standard resto spec, 2300 healing 500 mana regen.

I had merciless glad title which is now removed.

Yeah people kept their merciless gladiator titles.
hence vengeful is permanent.

 

I can confirm that Merciless Gladiator titles remained for season 4, should be the same for Vengeful because they aren't re-used in the following season.

Nope, if you've ever had a title before S3 you'd know it's not permanent.
