This sale is for a level 70 Male Blood Elf Paladin (with a 60 Undead Death Knight) on a U.S. server. The account is Active for one month of playtime, and is WotLK enabled (obviously).
The Paladin is in basic leveling equipment, with the exception of Merciless Gladiator's Greatsword, which can take you to 80 easily. He has a bit over 1,000g on him and has a regular flying mount, and a Swift Riding Wolf.
The Death Knight is completed with all his starting quests so he is in all blues, and has the epic Undead mount, as well as the Acheron Death Charger (obviously).
