Selling the account to which he has no access

I have contacted the seller agreed on a price and asked for account availability, after I payed for mm, the seller dissapeared for 4 hours and wrote that he has no access to the account. Basically I payed for mm for no reason.
On the bright side the seller responded really fast (before he disappeared)
