Initial selling price is USD $49 and payment must be made with Paypal Friends and Family transfer. The sale has to be done only via EpicNPCs Middleman service. EpicNPC Fee is $4.95 + 6% of item value.
Buyer will have to pay EpicNPC middleman fees to the middleman. This helps guarentee you are a serious buyer and not a scammer. E.g. $49 sell. So buyer pays MM $2.94 (6%) + $4.95 and buyer pays me $49
The transfer of the Brawl stars account will only happen once the funds clear from both the EPICNPC middleman account and my own paypal account.
