"Burnyugo" attemped to scam

hello i just wanted to warn you that he sent me a bill which looks like it is paid. Since sunday there is no action in paypal account balance that 500euros come in there.
He wanted me send account info immediately. But i called paypal for account movements they said you shouldnt share your infos until you get the money to account balance and there is still no action

can ya post the ScreenShot of the skype conversation and his skype profile?

since its in another language, if i am nt wrong its like sending a invoice to ya and make the invoice appeared as "Marked as paid" to trick ya into believing tat he had sent the payment but in actual fact the payment is nt sent and being added to the paypal balance?

yes as you said it looks like "marked as paid" but there is no action in balance since sunday

normaly it should say the one who sends payment however it says the one who sends the bill. In payment option should say "completing" instead of "marked as paid"

i figured out a bit later that he sent a bill instead of payment so i tried to make him call down

I notified Burnyugo to prove he sent payment.

still there is no payment. Paypal customer service said that i need to wait to give my acc info until money comes to my account balance
