Yes they surely can, people are free to spend their money any way they wish, why you had to come into my thread and spout off some nonsense and be confrontational I have no idea, besides that point I have already had several offers.

I have several tanks that are unobtainable, I have crews that take thousands upon thousands of battles to train up to their current status, and amazing stats on the account, it may not be worth it to you, but it will be worth it to someone, especially as it continues to grow and I continue to add more clan wars event tanks that are unobtainable any other way.
