lvl 25 pegasus, 3 t8 horses (atleast 2 can be breeded again with item, 1 misses 1 skill for courser) and 3 t7 horses (atleast 2 breedable), epheria sailboat. t3 fairy. 1B liquid, around 2B in assets, griffon&urugons, all important +2 silver embroided clothes, 50 shakatu seals. atleast 1k euros invested in pearls over time.
