Alright so I'm looking to grab a twink or two or maybe more depending on the quality of the twink(s). I have a few guidelines that are important, first I'd like for you to be OO , TWV/repped or both, I don't want whored accounts please and I'd like for you to help in getting the character(s) xferred to a vanilla/bc account (apparently you need to call in for that, not sure personally).

There are a few Plusses I'd like to note:
