I am looking only for a Mage or Paladin (ret/holy or holy/prot). Faction doesn't matter, and neither does gear really, as long as it's heroic ready. I would prefer a decent amount of mounts/achieves somewhere in the range of what I have. If your gear is better than ach/mounts isn't really an issue as long it has epic flying/flyer.
