Eriphia takes advantage of the Mithras natural high agility which fits perfect with the Ranger job's agility based dmg. When she is not around to shoot enemies she can go farm on her thief job which takes advantage of her high dexterity to improve critical hits. She also has warrior leveled to support both Ranger and thief which is the optimal support job for massive damage.
When she is not needed for dealing out damage in group events, she can take the backline with either Whitemage for healing and buffing the party, or she can take on the Redmage job for reducing the enemies abilities and healing as well. Both Redmage and White mage serves as support jobs for each other
She is an all-around good party person that can take on both frontline, ranged dmg, as well as support for everyone.
For only sole play, I would recommend opening Dancer as a support job
