Suggestion:
How about achievement system like when you get 10 trade feedback you get achievement and will be rewarded some credits
or number of days active, post count, being helpful, and bunch more.

Not to be harsh but i i honestly don't think achivements matches in such forums as EpicNPC but that's only my opinion ofcourse but Mike maybe likes it but i think it would be very similar to the Rep system Mike Suggesed not long time ago.



Mike maybe you could fix so that TS having the option to only let Epic Members, Epic Verified or Pro Sellers Premium to visit their threads or which usergroups the TS choosing to allow. This would prevent scammers to get access to their thread and trying to contact them because most are aware that most of the banned users always creates multiple accounts.

This has been discussed before, but as Red stated it's never been added because it doesn't really fit the forum. Almost everyone here is here to buy, sell or trade game accounts and items, so I'm not sure how much people would care about forum achievements. If there's more interest in something like this, I'll reconsider it.

There's another BB code where instead of post count it uses usergroups, but I didn't turn it on because it's a bit too restrictive for me. Anyone else interested in usergroup option instead of post count?

I just think it would help preventing people from getting scammed by unverified/unregistrered users. Most of the times a scam taking place a unverified/unregistrered user being involved in the scam. I see it as positive if upgraded members could chose which usergroups they feel and trust to sell to. I recently got scammed by someone to pretended being me just to scam another member and he got access to my Skype alias through my thread sadly.

I just think that this would be very positive way to prevent scammers from scamming other members if topic started could chose which usergroups they wants to sell to.

I don't want this to replace post counts but that people have two options to choose between.

Let members customize there profile page with the colors they would like? Maybe add a theme or just different layouts for the profile page?

1) Do you want a link to your Activity Stream or something else? Is there another site that does what your asking for cause I'm not sure I understand
2) Do you mean thread background color in a forum category? I'm not a coder so I don't know if something like this is possible. Somethings in VBulletine are coded very weird and can't be changed. I'd have to find out about this. If it was added, it would be a Store item only.

I like the first suggestion.

Honestly the second one Title background color should be the be the are under Last Post By and i like that idea but should only be for sticky rule threads and for voluteers responding to make attention to other members that mods/admin replied. Not for business purpose but for moderating purpose.

Also it would be to messy with colors if everyone are able to get it as alot of users has Different thread title colors already.

I know that Ownedcore staff had this enhancement a time ago but not any longer. It was mostly for sticky threads.

Is there a bump button? I never seen one other then reply to thread, it would be nice to have a button that you pressed and it would take your current thing your selling/buying to the top.

On a different note is there way way you can add a comment to the report post button? I continuously looking threw forums and sometimes come across something that needs reported but is not a major violation or a thread that is in the wrong section.

i dont have suggestion, but its somehow hacked paypal is now the trend to trade upon forums.
and people are just creating new account to scam people via paypal.
maybe some tools for some security check before dealing.

it was not showing on mine, it never has been a bump button, but I changed the view to hybrid and it added it. I changed it back to the original settings know is it there.

We already have a lot of security features available.

• Member upgrades (Paypal, ID and phone verification)
• Location Info button on posts so you can see where the poster is from and if they're using a proxy
• Feedback/Reputation system
• Ban list

Of course always use Google to check any usernames and emails to see what you can find.

If you have any suggestions on security features we don't have, feel free to suggest it.

I have a suggestion which is largely based on an impostor of me that has been causing me trouble the last few days.

Now i know there is no 100% way to stop impostor's since they don't post or leave any information on the site.

However, I do not see a reason why guests should be able to view every thread and post on this site.

If you cut it down so only Forums like, News/Help/ETC are visible to guests i do believe it would cut down on it somewhat.

How many of those "guest" are likely to be prior banned members?

They no longer have their account but they can still view every single post.... I know this wouldn't stop everything but it may at least cut down on it.

Im not a fan of private forums were only registered members can view them. The majority of our traffic come from users just browsing around then decided to register if they find something they like. Make it restricted where only members can view posts imo would have a major negative effect on the site, so it's not something I would consider.

A price calculator is extremely difficult to do because it's hard to put a price on an item or account. Patches constantly would change the formula and every game would be different, it would be a huge undertaking to even make 2-3 working calculators and keep them updated.

For the guides, do you mean guides on how to buy or sell accounts? Im not sure I understand your example.

I mean guide where we can explain the most necessary things of account. For example, what gear is PVP and PVE in SW:TOR, which gear on level 55 is better, what better: 1 geared character or 2 max level character, etc.
