Questionable

Was welcoming and patient at first, then disappeared for a day or two with no information once they returned. They did the same thing when the money was sent to them--I have faith that they aren't a scammer, given that they have a review in addition to their willingness to exchange the account when half the price is covered, however, I can't say for sure their intentions are one hundred percent positive.
