Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Paypal notified me this week of a dispute, its been quite awhile so had to track down the trade. He basically bought said account, sold it to DJA, then disputed paypal for the 150.00 he paid me. He is currently ignoring my Skype and has since removed me.

He is currently on, and his profile shows him viewing threads actively. he has ignored my PM here as well as on Skype which he removed me from.

So I get "Imathug" from epic and another gentlemen to both contact him on Skype. He added them instantly, yet ignores my PM. They copy paste what I say as quotes. His response below.

This is what he said to them. Then he proceeded to block both parties I had contact him. I linked this thread to him via PM here as well as Skype.

This guy is a scammer hands down.

July 9 - therocky50 disputes PP payment against hellhulk

The dispute shows therocky50 claiming that hellhulk did not perform a service when the payment was actually for an account

Yeah i haven't played for a while but yes i just checked and i still have that account that i bought from him for $150 He has since scammed me as he was supposed to get me a freshly lvled 55 for swtor and after paying him $250 in advance i never heard from him again. I had traded with him twice before successfully so that is why i trusted him but this third last time he scammed me. I never bothered doing anything about it as scammers always get what is coming to them one day eventually.

What has happened now ? I don't know how people make claims about Game accounts, paypal does NOT offer any support or protection for "virtual item goods" what so ever. Its not a service.

Thank you for the response, if you to were scammed by this member on a separate deal you should still open a thread so that EpicNPC or a SAdmin can stack evidence on this member to take appropriate actions.

That's 4 people that have verbalized being scammed by this guy. Enough evidence in my book for a hanging.

Not to mention since I pm'ed here and had others contact him on Skype he tucked tail and ran.

dja theres no need for you to create your own thread since hes banned now. I would recommend disputing the payment if you haven't done so already.
