Currently, I have 57bil.

You can buy by the bil or by bulk, whichever you feel!
We can negotiate the pricing by either Skype/PM/Post.

I also have some valuable items that I want to get rid of along with some not so valuable things.

However, before we get to all of it I want to set down some ground rules...

1. Whenever we make the actual transaction I want us to both be on at the same time chatting on either Skype or PM to prevent any confusion and unnecessary finger pointing. That's just dumb.
   
3. The only way I'll be doing this is by first getting the payment and then send the item/gold to the player. This should not be a problem because we WILL BOTH BE ONLINE AT THE SAME TIME.
   
5. Like in the title I only take Paypal transactions. It makes life easier to deal with.

There really is no reason for me to scam anyone. I get no gain, pisses everyone off, and it's just dumb play to me.
