Been selling at the super wonder and coliseum for a while now bud. Not sure where you are getting your prices, but I have been selling at.

0.5 per million (Stone, Wood, Ore and Silver)
0.15 per million (Food)

As for gold prices I simply did a normal gold gift of 28k gold + 20k additional gold...48k and then divided 614k/48k. You can do a lot more with gold on your account than getting it gifted to you.
