Looking for an account that has at least 1 five star weapon for each weapon type, preferably more however

Polearms 1 of : Staff of Homa / Vortex Vanquisher / Skyward Spine / Primordial Jade Winger Spear
Claymore 1 of : Skyward Pride / Unforged / Wolf's Gravestone
Catalyst 1 of : Skyward Atlas / Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds / Memory of Dust
Bows 1 of : Skyward Harp / Amos Bow
Apart from said 5 star weapons on the account, would like it to have every 4 star character, preferably with a decent constellation on Ningguang, Bennet, Fischl, Razor among others but mainly those
Not really planning to use any 5 star characters on the account, just mainly 4 stars, as I'd kind of like to push their potential to the max
So for that same reason, I'm not intending on paying more for an account that comes with the weapons but with some 5 star characters as well, as I don't intend on using them at all, it would pretty much be a waste, nonetheless, if the account does have meet the requirements, I'll be paying a decent amount of money for it
