Can't login into account, no help.

I bought my account for $30 2 days ago and i still haven't gotten help to get into the account. he sent me the info for the account but it has steam guard and his friend has access to it but they wont remove it.

Idk if this is a scam or not but i wont buy again and i DONT recommend to buy from him.
