I bought the account and it has been hacked after 2 weeks.

I wanted to buy account for my favorite skins and i passed my limits for it. I bought the account for 200$. After 2 weeks account has been hacked. Seller took no responsibility. He said that “i did not add safe tag for that account so you accepted the risk’’. But i did not see any safe tag for other sellers. So if i buy from them will that accounts will be hacked too? Is that a rule if there is no safe tag it will be hacked? I sent 200$ and waited a compensation got nothing.
