Additional Twilight Devastation, Infinite stars, Avoidant, Ineffable Truth and Deadly Momentum are other notable corruptions available in bags.
Neck level is 82, with almost all essences at rank 3 or higher.
All points in the horrific vision talent tree are earned, and the toon is capable of soloing 5 mask clears without using any orbs.
This is a very geared character, and is capable of smashing through high-end content in the current tier. If you want a dh to main swap to, or just to start mythic raiding, this is the toon for you.
