Transfer is on cooldown at the moment, normally on the website people round the gear score up to even number, faction change on the other hand is not on cooldown, I just transferred it to white mane west coast biggest horde server

 

Add says 4900 GS, screenshot says different. Can you update the screenshot , and send a gear link, also is the transfer, and faction change on cooldown? Thank you.
