Probably need to spend $3000 or more if you want to get a brand new account to this level now.

 

So if we're paying for a 30~45M might account and 500~550k Gems, I would say that's around 50~150$ for the account, .5$ * 1k gems; Then he should say how high of level his BH, Prison and altar are, or treasure trove; What his set up is in research and builds(Infirms, manors, etc.); And then the gear he has.

(To make up for only being a 30~45M might account currently), But i would say it's worth it.

Cause it would go something like this:
50~150$(Account base might) + .5$*530k gems(+265$) + Big guy(+40~50$ Because he adds the gift shop option), Ethreal Guide(+10~30$), Dark follower(+10~20$) + VIP 13(+20~50$) + 450Days of speed ups(Probably around..150~250$ more because of the rate of gems for this-And because its not the rate of gems, because it's already been bought for you concept) + 15M Guild coins(+20~50$), + 9M Energy?(If that's true, I would say it's +30~50$ just for that)

..For a total ooooofff: 595$ Minimum~915$ MAX.

In otherwords, shut up. He may have said it a little off, but he had good intentions. But I will agree some things don't seem all that clear.
Are you saying you have 9M Of energy??
You never included the heroes level's, or a few things that i stated like the BH prison and altar rank, etc.
You should edit it with those.

I could see why you're offering it for 450$ because a used price goes on everything, And even though it's cheap I myself can't buy it from you at that price, i would be able to offer like 250~300$ but thats all i could do, it would exhaust my bank account ;_; so i'm sorry. But if it doesn't help your other customers and you that i gave this price line up for their understanding, you have my offer for that much. x_x even if it's a **** one(sorry again..)
