- good invests (190m invest influence)
- 200k Gold
- 6.5m troops
- good collection of collectibles
- loads of useful stuff

There is a second character in city 488 on the acc with IC25 done. So also close to t4. But I dont play it at the moment. If you have questions to that one write me.
