The account currently has a separate $100 debt.
Buyer is aware of the debt and will be responsible for it.
I will provide the account + Gmail to the middleman before receiving the payment.
The middleman can verify that the account and Gmail are correct.
After verification, the payment will be released to me.
The buyer will receive the account + Gmail through the middleman.
