Hello! Due to my stupidity my steam account got locked down, for those who don't know what is this: Basically from you can't buy games, register CD-keys, Trade and use the community market but you can play all the games that are in the account. So the account have 60+ games: CSGO(No VAC ban), COD AW, Garry's mod, L4D, Orange Box, Crysis, Just Cause Franchise etc. and all I want is 4$. I don't have problem to go first if the user has high reputation. I prefer PayPal! Thanks!
