I have been playing this game since launch and decided to do service 2 weeks after and up until now I still do it with 0 bad feedbacks and 0 complaints from any customers. I have a long term client that has been with me for over a year now that tried my service ever since the reso was still 7560 and yes he is maxxed out as well and up until now he is a client of mine and his account is around 10k reso if i'm not mistaken (he change gear and gems on farming and PVP so i'm not sure about the exact but he got millions of platinum so I consider him fully maxxed out lol). To cut the long story, I have decided to open up slot for my service but it is time sensitive since I still have his account to be played after. If you are interested for my service and you're okay with 6AM GMT+8 - 1PM GMT+8 time we can discuss about to avoid conflicts in the future. If you see in the picture, yes, I can offer up to 4 accounts to be run at the same time as well which can consist of your close friends/warband mates for easier WB points and also you can share with the expense for the service.
