You send the money first, to my Paypal. As soon as you do this and I see the money in my balance, i will relinquish the character to you, for your play - you may transfer it and set up your own subscription and do whatever you want with it. You may begin playing immediately.
I will wait 24 hours.
After the 24 hours, i will move the money from the PayPal to my Wachovia bank. (The wait period is necessary, if you move funds immediately after receiving them, PayPal will hold the transaction and conduct an 'investigation' that can take weeks. I am not risking this. And I’m sure you’d rather wait 24 hours instead of a possible 2-5 weeks. If the funds are held by PayPal, you will not receive your account security details until it is settled, and you risk me revoking account access or even cancelling the entire transaction.
Once the funds clear and are securely in my bank, I will relinquish the security details and we are done at this point. Success!
