Looking for an elemental Shaman (ideally horde), with maxed cata reps, maxed profs and good gear for all specs. I don't mind a slight downgrade in terms of gear, if your reps/profs are maxed. I don't mind a bit of work being needed on reps/profs if your gear is fantastic. Be realistic folks.
