The account was created in the beta, but only played for a few rounds up to lvl 13. But due to all the presents that GoG has given Beta players since then it has 20'200 scraps on there, which is enough to buy the gold cards for at least 4 tier1 meta decks. It also has a decent amount of Monster cards (80) and a small amount of other cards. So you are perfectly ready to getting to the pro level. Also, you will have the beta title, which only a really limited number of people have.
