Secret answer can't be changed on PC, there's always a way for the seller to recover account even if you have the secret answer.

I've tried changing it to prove that the seller can always get the account back.

I contacted support, requested a secret answer and question change, they told me they wouldn't change it unless I have the last persons using the account credit card info,

they required FULL NAME, last credit card numberd, full address.

So basically you can't change the secret answer or question, even if the seller agrees to provide those for you to the support he will get the new secret answer and question first, always.

You can also recover the account anytime you want by providing the info above to the support and just by knowing the secret answer that is unchangeable.

So this basically means the PC account selling is bullshit, you can take the sellers word for it that he won't play again and quitting but the fact that the seller will always have the secret answer he can also always take it back anytime he wants.

Be aware there's no way you can buy on PC if the account has had a credit card attached if even only 1 time.
Which means there's zero accounts with high so and gear that haven't used credit card to pay, if he is geared that automatically means he has had to pay to buy dlc, market place items and legendary sub.

There's no accounts on PC, buy only if you know the guy so he won't use the method ive tried and confirmed to recover the account.

Just letting the people know.
