2 characters the main has best land in the west which is Two Crowns, Warscorched Scar, right next to the docks in the harbor, 1 pavilion and 2 farms connected, then in Sanddeep I have a Tidal Bungalow in the furthest most spot you can put one which is near the small island with the Mirage portal on the bottom right of the map, great for turning in fish from the south.
