As title said. Probably not scammer but liar, unreliable and unfair seller. We had a deal that I would buy the account and he promised to keep it for me till the morning. He said he would contact me first if any other offer came before selling in but he did not. He just blocked me like a coward and sold the account. Therefore I would not recommend the seller because of this behavior.
