What is the dispute about?
I was sold an account which got banned for using illegal 3rd party software to purchase in-game currency before I bought the account. I used the account 4 days, then it got banned yesterday. The account owner is Naufal and the account holder who I bought and transferred it to me was VanillaChoco151. The seller accused me of autoclicking or hacking on it but I contacted Yostar support team to find out why it was banned.
Other details / notes: I asked both for refunds and they simply refused because the owner of the account said it was my fault but clearly, It was already a ******* account.

How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
