So I recently quit LoTRO a few days ago due too the lack of content and would like too sell my account. Everything is on the Windfola server where I've built a reputation for a few years now. If the server is a problem a price can be negotiated to cut out a server transfer cost.
The contents of the account are as follows:
The account has all expansions purchased (MoM, SoM, RoI, RoR, HD) Including the HD pre-order special that includes the shield of the hammerhand, and a crystal of remembrance for every character. A 3+ year account which gives 3 sturdy keys with every new character. The forochel region already bought. Both RK and warden characters made. It is currently under VIP for another week and a half, after that it goes to "premium". Along with the Steely Dawn pack, which includes the Steely Dawn cosmetic set with every character along with 5 tomes of extraordinary experience with every new character. Donated account of "Extra Life foundation 2013" of 55$, which simply gave my account a nice forum title, two in-game special mounts for every character, and a title "hero of the small folk" for every character. TP has to be under 100, could be more than that, I will provide more accurate numbers of this if someone is interested, as well as some of the more specific character numbers such as trait points or virtue ranks.
All gear based questions can be discussed privately, but for the general reference, all characters are set up in the most optimal ways for their roles as I can get them, legacies, gear, etc.

Rank 8 in the ettenmoors (around 40% towards R9)
Virtues are all over the place from rank 5-14
All racials are unlocked
All Class deeds done

Three skill seperate skill trees (third one bought for 100 mithril coins)
Full 95 teal crafted crit set along with two 95 SA finished Legendary bow/melee
Complete teal jewelry HD big battles sets with gold dps hunter neck from battles
Full 95 ettenmoors 2/2/2 set along with 4 pieces of predator for group play
150+ promotion points for big battles
Explorer crafting vocation, maxed forester/tailor, fully guilded tailor
A wonderful collection of mounts including the mount of minas tirith, the mounts from the Angmar instance meta deed, the Moria meta deed goat, and the Mirkwood instance meta deed steed, the lothlorien meta deed goat and Isengard steed are very close to finishing.
Most reputation factions maxed.

Rank 5 in the ettenmoors
Virtues are low (4-9)
Most racials unlocked (if not all)
Most class deeds done (probably missing MoM epic deed)
57 trait points
Full 95 teal gear, mixture of crafted crit and instance drops for masteries
Two RK SA stones for both healing and fire/lightning dps as well as a hybrid fire/healing bag, once again can provide more information regarding gear
All teal jewelry
Full ettenmoors 2/2/2 set
Very low in promotion points due too my lack of interest too grind another toon in those battles
Very low in craft, second tier of scholar (sitting on enough mats too get you through the next 4 tiers I believe)
Also sitting on 4 +100% PvMP renown boosters

As well as a 48 burglar that I was leveling a while ago that currently has about 10 tomes of extraordinary experience on her and a few other low level toons.
The three 95's also have maxed bank space, shared storage, T2 Erebor deeds done for Erebor skirmish camp trade barters, and wardrobe filled with rare cosmetic options.
Account also has account wide wallet, 180+ seals, 10k+ marks, 1k+ medallions, 26k destiny points, a myriad of different barterable currencies across all of the characters, Full deluxe housing, around 200+ gold across all characters, and about 2k spare commendations for PvMP.
