The paladin is a T9 3/5 (Helm, Gloves, Shoulders) With mostly T 8.5 equivalent or T8. With a item or two thats equal to Naxx 25. He is a crusader with lots of BOA items for alts that are mostly already enchanted.
His Offspec isnt the greatest but has a lot of 8.5 conqueror or naxx 25 gear. I have pulled upwards of 4k+ in most raiding situations.
