The way we do the process is this. You must create an account under the first/last name of the account holder. We then transfer the character to an account which you have full ownership over. On top of that, we have a lifetime warranty against recalls should you have ownership of the account for its full duration. If you plan on re-selling the account once you have created it, the guarantee is void as now multiple people have access to the account.
