Rogue's are in an extremely good position at the moment as far as DPS rankings goes. This character absolutely destroys the DPS metres.

This character would be suitable for someone getting back into raiding and wanting the perfect platform to begin with, or alternatively someone who hasn't had good luck with getting the overpowered legendary items and wants to be in the top tier of DPS immediately.
