Is it US-based acct (not Brazil or other)? And what exactly does the lock have for PVP gear?

I am ready to buy right now once this information has been provided.

weird.

Hey, I am interested in the account, but the armory does not show all the mounts that the account is said to have. Can you like a current armory? Also, is this a US-based acct (not Brazil or other)?
