-If we use trade guardian, buyer will obviously cater the midman fee. Once the account is released, I will not do refunds as the buyer has already accessed the account and most games do not offer a log off button for all device, which would make the account compromised.
-For Gmail bound accounts, the account may lock (If the Gmail account is dummy then it will not lock, I always state if the account I'm selling is dummy or an old Gmail). I will give instructions on securing the account.
